What is solution focused hypnotherapy and how can I help you?

Hypnotherapy is a safe, yet powerful, psychotherapeutic tool which can be used to break the negative cycle of depression and anxiety. It can help with anger, blood pressure, bad habits, weight control, insomnia, IBS, relationship/ marital difficulties, migraines, nail biting, performance, obsessions, OCD, stress and much more.

Hypnotherapy uses the application of hypnotic techniques to bring about therapeutic change and is a very pleasant and relaxing experience.

My passion and experience are helping people achieve what they want to achieve, to find your confidence and motivation to change your life in a positive way, and help you look forward to how you want things to be, rather than going back on the past problems.

I offer online and face to face consultations and appointments. I am based in Wouldham, near Rochester Kent. I cover all Kent and Surrey Areas.

My qualifications

My qualifications & Training are as follows.

Diploma in Solution Focused Hypnotherapy (DSFH),
Hypnotherapy in Practice Diploma (HPD) - currently studying.

Memberships & Accreditations:

National Council for Hypnotherapy (NCH).

I trained as a Solution Focused Hypnotherapist at the renowned Clifton Practice Hypnotherapy Training (CPHT) and adhere to the National Council for Hypnotherapy (NCH) Code of Conduct.

As an NCH member, I am committed to a minimum of 15 hours of continued professional development each year and regular supervision sessions, ensuring that I remain up to date with latest best practice.
